Welcome to Reflections: my personal cosplay blog. I've been attending conventions since 2001 and cosplaying since 1998, so this is my chance to share my experiences (new and old) with you. :)
The real reasons behind this baby is so I can share my journey towards making my *dream costume* with you! I've been thinking about it and planning towards it for years, and I've officially set a date for it, as well as for an escort costume to go with it. My debut goal is no later than Anime Central 2012 masquerade. If I get it done before then, GREAT, but my real goal is to debut it April 28, 2012 - so I've got just over 48 weeks to make it PERFECT! I have no doubt that even working on it for an hour or more per day that it could take up every bit of that time - the amount of hand-done detail I'm planning for it is INSANE and sure to make my fingers bleed dry (as long as its not on the fabric, I'm okay with that).
